Welcome to St. Paul Lutheran Church ... thank you for visiting us. We are glad you're here!
St. Paul has been an established community of worship in Portland for over 125 years. We believe in relationships. We believe in love, grace and that all people are called by God. Our mission at St. Paul is to bring Christ into all phases of life by unconditionally reaching out to others in a committed and loving manner.
If you are new to the community, I'd love a chance to connect with you. There's always something fun and exciting things going on in the life of our congregation. If you would like to set up an appointment, please e-mail me, give me a call or send a text. I keep office hours on Tuesdays.
Once again, thank you for visiting. May God bless you and may you continue to be a blessing for others.
In God's Grace,
Pastor Kelle Nelson

She attended Pacific Lutheran University, with a double major in Philosophy and Religion, and obtained her Masters of Divinity from Luther Seminary in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Pastor Kelle and her husband Chad have four children together; Tristen, Ethan, Maiya and Madelyn. They are all energetic Oregon Duck fans, and enjoy camping on their free time.
