In preparation for the Easter season, St. Paul is offering the church community with a number of Lenten devotions for thought and reflection.

Below are two series of Lenten devotions from the ELCA and please find adult and family devotions in the Narthex at St. Paul. These are dedicated to the Gospel of St. Mark and have daily questions to ponder, space to note reflections and a suggested faith activity.

Set Free By Truth, 2018 Lent Devotions

The Rev. Elizabeth A. Eaton, presiding bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), and leaders from The Episcopal Church, the Anglican Church of Canada, and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada have prepared a series of Lent devotions titled "Set Free By Truth." The devotion theme addresses truth and racial justice, reflecting on the challenges facing churches in North America today. Each devotion includes Scripture citations, a reflection and a prayer.
